Based on the principles of our Coach programme – Team Coach works with teams to unlock their full collaborative potential. Each team has its own spirit which infects and influences the individuals and plays a significant role in how the team works together and what the team produces. The Team Coach Programme works with teams to enable them to understand the team they are now and the team they could be in the future.
Senior level teams and executive teams.
Teams will be taken through a programme of workshops designed to encourage honest feedback from the team on how individual behaviours can improve the effectiveness of the team. Each team will review their aspirations as a team and create their own guiding principles to take them forward to fulfil their full potential.
