Ideathon is a source of energy, refreshment and ideas for leaders who want to experience new ways of thinking and benefit from greater awareness of the external issues that frame their business environment.
Ideathon is open to senior and high potential leaders from partnering organisations.
It provides a creative space to explore collaboration skills and generate ideas that will change people’s lives.
Each participant receives a personal collaborative leadership assessment and feedback conversation with one of our collaboration consultants. This is designed to help them focus on the key behaviours that are important to highly effective collaborative leaders.
