Facilitate Academy is an advanced training course aimed at developing confident facilitators of creative collaboration and a deeper understanding of how to inspire collaboration when working with groups.
Participants will learn how to inspire collaboration with group facilitation methods that will help groups think, create and build ideas together. They will have an increased skill set, greater confidence and an enhanced understanding of their own impact and what’s happening in the group along with greater choice and flexibility in group interventions and range of tools and techniques.
Participants are typically those who have previously experienced one of our collaboration workshops with a desire to take facilitation and collaborative work groups to the next level.
