An exclusive leadership learning programme to develop and inspire the collaborative capability of senior and high potential leaders across a network of partner organisations. A diverse mix of leaders participate in a series of workshops designed to help them experience true collaboration. They generate actionable ideas for a real strategic business challenge set by a senior director from one of the partnering organisations.
This dynamic and exciting partnership currently includes British Airways, E.ON, BT, Iron Mountain, NATS, Thomson Reuters and Wates Group. The aim of the partnership is to give leaders the skills, confidence and inspiration to become better collaborative leaders. Participants experience new energies, enthusiasms and perspectives by mixing with similarly bright minds from other businesses.
Challenge24 is open to senior and high potential leaders within each partnering organisation.
Each participant receives a personal collaborative leadership assessment and feedback conversation with one of our collaboration consultants. This is designed to help them focus on the key behaviours that are important to highly effective collaborative leaders.
Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders from other organisations and opportunities to learn from their experiences and insights. Challenge24 demonstrates the true power of collaboration and is an opportunity to recognise personal collaborative leadership strengths and how to apply them back in their organisation.
