Overview of Lead Creative Facilitator role
You will work with some of the most admired organisations enabling them to harness and unleash the collaborative potential of their people.

You will help these organisations in the business, government and social sectors to collaborate and grow in two ways:
 - Building the collaborative capability of their teams and leaders
 - Designing and facilitating collaborative workshops and projects to help groups create breakthroughs, alternatives and new possibilities

This role is about inspiring new collaborative behaviours through your passion for collaboration and being able to help others to solve real challenges by using their imagination and building on diverse perspectives.

You will work closely with all members of our team in our Rugby offices.

What does a Lead Creative Facilitator do?
You work collaboratively with our clients to provide collaborative solutions to their business problems or leadership needs.

You work with organisations to increase their collaboration capability – boosting the collaborative skills of people at all levels, from the leadership team through to the whole of the organisation.

You create and deliver inspirational, engaging and interactive learning programmes to share collaboration skills and behaviours.

You design, develop and deliver workshops to help people in groups to collaborate more effectively by exploring, imagining and building ideas together.

You are excellent at building relationships and converting business opportunities by using your passion for collaboration and your skills of persuasion and influence.

Overview of Collaboration Project Manager role
You will work closely with the team and our clients to deliver our collaboration projects on time, on budget and to the very highest standard possible.

You are brilliant at making things happen; you can organise events and workshops, you are phased by nothing and you are able to meet any challenge that comes along in your busy day.

Above all, you will positively thrive when put under pressure to deliver.

You are able to see the bigger picture whilst never losing sight of how our projects come together.

You are happy to get up early and stay out late when needed to help with the smooth running of your project when it goes live.

You know how to prioritise a wide range of different tasks, plan, coordinate and meet incredibly tight deadlines.

What does a Collaboration Project Manager do?
You plan and manage the logistics for our projects including client liaison, participant preparation, venue management and catering.

You will be trained to assess participants on our learning sessions and write collaborative skills assessments.

You ensure that each and every one of our clients have an stimulating and inspirational experience every time they work with us.

Overview of Collaboration Account Executive role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain exposure to the workings of a small but dynamic business. You will experience our innovative approach and work closely with our first class project team who will train and develop you in all aspects of project management.

You are brilliant at making things happen; with guidance from your Project Manager you will organise a wide variety of events and workshops.

You will work very closely with our experienced Project Managers to deliver our collaboration projects on time and on budget

You’ll gain the experience and exposure to our wide range of blue chip Clients and learn how to develop excellent client relationship building skills.

You’ll need a 2:1 degree (ideally in business, psychology or sociology)

Do you have these skills, experience and mindset?
You love working with people and are really interested in understanding what makes people tick.

You are happy to get up early and stay out late when needed to help with the smooth running of your project when it goes live and comfortable with travelling to sessions around the UK.

You are great at multi tasking and planning to ensure you can meet incredibly tight deadlines
  
What does an Account Executive do?
You will be involved in many aspects of the day to day running of a small but very busy business that has ambitious growth plans.

You plan and manage the logistics for our projects including client liaison, participant preparation, venue management and catering.

You will learn all about collaboration and the skills and behaviours required; we will train and develop you so you have the ability to assess our participants on their skills.

You ensure that each and every one of our clients have an stimulating and inspirational experience every time they work with us.
