The Client : Unilever
The Challenge :
To bring together the Unilever Etail Channel Team and the Tesco.com team to generate new and innovative ideas to develop together to maximise Tesco.com sales in Unilever categories.
The approach :
A unique group of participants was carefully chosen from both organisations. They included a mix of people who had a real interest in the outcome of the work session, creative catalysts and specialists. At the close, representatives from both Unilever and Tesco signed off all outputs (that the group had proposed to action) and took overall responsibility for making the outputs a reality.
The impact :
A range of major joint business building ideas were highlighted for further development with key individual responsibilities agreed.
