Tony Barton

Tony is a professional coach (CPCC), leadership trainer and experienced facilitator. As well as his work for The Collaboration Company, Tony also works all over the world for the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, for whom he trains executive coaches.

Before becoming a coach and leadership trainer, Tony had a very successful career in marketing, working for blue chip clients such as Ford and Bass on the client side before making the switch to join The Marketing Store, a marketing communications agency with clients such as McDonald’s, Walkers, ASDA, Shell, Nationwide, M&S and many more major brands.

His experience at board level in client and agency companies; his sense of humour and his undoubted gift for coaching and facilitation make him a valuable member of the team.
