The challenge :

To help the three key UK business divisions plan and create a new integrated work environment and business model.

The approach :

To inspire and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the Project. This included identifying, designing, and facilitating a collaborative work session comprising of
the three UK Managing Directors, architects, project planners and sustainable business development experts.

The impact :

The group explored what they wished to achieve
together and what might be possible?
The key players from both within and outside the organisation collaborated together on how best to integrate for innovation - making a positive impact on
how people could work together better in the future.
The session outcome was a clear statement of
strategic intent for the team and the project.
