Gwen brings a unique blend of commercial, not-for-profit, and international experience. With an MBA from a leading UK business school; over 20 years commercial experience; and over 15 years experience of developing people, Gwen is passionate about building collaborative partnerships between sectors which add value, and developing the necessary capacity and capabilities to enable organisations to compete globally.  

As Country Director for renowned global youth development charity, Raleigh International, Gwen was responsible for all strategy and operations in Namibia.  For a period of 4 years she ran international youth leadership development programmes for young people aged 18-25 from a diverse range of backgrounds and nationalities.  

Gwen has designed and delivered leadership, change management, organisational development, corporate responsibility, and collaborative leadership programmes across the business, public and charitable sectors.
