Collaboration projects

Our unique approach to facilitating collaboration has enabled us to work on a wide range of projects. We have worked on assignments in private, public, social and arts sectors creating solutions to some of the most challenging issues in an organisation and society.

These issues differ greatly – from helping a multi-national to integrate three separate divisions into a new business model and location to helping a CEO of a charity to create a new three year strategy with her senior management team.

However, they do have two things in common: they were critical issues or opportunities and unresolved through conventional techniques.

To address these issues, The Collaboration Company provides experienced collaboration workshop designers and facilitators. We have vast experience in facilitating
all manner of sessions for all types of organisations – from large and small companies to international and
local charities. They can be used to run small departmental off-sites, through to large, multi-national, multi-cultural conferences.

Our proven approach to collaboration projects and facilitation means a much higher likelihood of imaginative, constructive, and feasible outcomes.

Our collaborative work sessions include the following methods and tools:

LEGO Serious Play
LEGO Serious Play is an innovative, experiential process designed to enhance collaboration. Participants communicate more effectively, engage their imaginations more readily, and approach their work with increased confidence, commitment and insight.
Based on research that shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities,
LEGO Serious Play deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue - for everyone in the team and work session.

Hot Groups
We are experts in creating and delivering unique collaborative work sessions. These bring together people with different perspectives from inside an organisation to explore, imagine and blend together thinking with a selection of experts from both around and outside the sector.
With expert facilitation, this mix of talent and perspectives challenges assumptions and opens up new spaces to be explored.
