We work with teams of varying sizes from 20 up to 100.
Participants work in teams which are facilitated through a creative process designed to inspire new thoughts and ideas to help chosen charities find sustainable solutions to some of their most pressing challenges.
Thinkathon provides participants with opportunities to share and use their business skills to benefit charities. We call this intellectual donation. It is also an individual development and team building initiative.
